Every product is a finished physical 3D-printed item. No STL or other digital model file is included.
How long does an order take?⌄
Most standard products are prepared within a few business days before delivery. Large, multicolor, or custom orders may need more time.

Pickup details are shared after purchase. Local dropoff is limited to the approved service area and timing is confirmed after the order.

Small layer lines and minor surface variations are normal with FDM printing. Each item is inspected for function and overall quality.

How should I care for my 3D-printed item?⌄
Keep prints away from prolonged heat and direct sunlight, which can warp PLA. They are not dishwasher-safe — hand wash with cool water only. Items are not certified for direct food contact unless explicitly stated in the listing.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?⌄
Photograph the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a reprint or refund at no extra charge.
Do you accept bulk or multiple-quantity orders?⌄
